Shipping Methods, Locations & Costs

We know you want your new gear fast and we will attempt to do anything that we can to meet your expectations. Most orders will arrive within 3-7 business days after processing*. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email including tracking information.

The delivery and arrival timing of your order is dependent on your location and whether you choose standard or express shipping. We ship all orders from our fulfillment center in Kentucky. Orders placed late on Fridays and weekend holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day) will be processed the following business day.

STANDARD (Ground Residential/Commercial Service*): delivers 3-7 business days after order is placed.

  • Under $49: $8.99
  • $49 or more: Free

*For Standard Ground Services to Hawaii and Alaska please allow for 7-10 business days after order is placed.

EXPRESS (2-Day Service): delivers within 2 business days after payment is processed.

  • Orders received by Noon PST will be processed same day and ship same day.
  • All orders to all qualified locations (excludes US Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico): $24.99

PO Boxes, APO/FPO Services

We regret that, due to restrictions beyond our control, we are not able to ship to a PO Box, APO/FPO Address. We are working on making this an option, but currently we are not able to offer service to these delivery address options.

Shipping Outside of the United States*

Shipping Rules & Restrictions

  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • The billing for items purchased with a credit or debit card are secured upon order processing in full. If a refund or return has been requested prior to the order cut off of M-F, Noon PST, please see our Refund Policy for more information on processing times.
  • Please call or contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-888-902-7362 if you have any questions about your order or email us direct and we will attempt to answer your inquiry immediately.

30-Day Return Process

We are confident you'll be satisfied with your purchase, but, if you aren't, we're ready to assist with a return and timely refund. With every purchase from arenawaterinstinct.com, you are entitled to a 30 day return period (from order delivery date) to qualify for a full refund of returned merchandise*. If returned merchandise is received after 30 days from the order delivery date, you will be offered a store credit to be used at arenawaterinstinct.com for the same value as the returned merchandise (less original order shipping charge). Returned merchandise received 60-90 days past the original order delivery date will be subject to additional stocking fees. Returned merchandise received over 90 days past the original order delivery date will be declined and returned. To begin your return, simply re-pack the returned item(s) with tags still attached including original packaging in undamaged form and follow the tips/instructions below to ensure a proper return and fast credit. An incomplete merchandise return form can delay the processing of your returned merchandise and credit, if applicable. Please do not return items in envelopes.

To return anything ordered from our site, simply print a return request form and follow the instructions on the form. Please call or contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-888-902-7362 at any time if you have any further questions about your order or return form email us direct and we will attempt to answer your inquiry immediately.

*NOTE: To qualify for a full refund, returned merchandise must have tags still attached, sent back with original packaging and product in unworn/unused condition. Women’s suits returned without sanitary liner will be declined.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges at this time. If you need a different item or size, please return the product you received and place a new order. While we do not currently provide shipping for returns, we can assist you with any shipping charges on your replacement order. Please contact customer service for more details.

Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please call or contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-888-902-7362 or by email at: contact an arena customer service representative within 30 days of delivery date. We will make every effort to get your items returned and replaced as quickly as possible.

Limits of Responsibility

We accept no responsibility for product damage incurred during use.

Secured Shopping

You can be confident that your information is secure. We use the industry standard encryption protocol, SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certification to ensure your data is protected.

When you pay, your data is collected and processed directly by trusted payment service Paypal. We do not store or receive your credit card details. If any unauthorized charges were to appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with arenawaterinstinct.com, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Payment Forms Accepted

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Visa Electron credit cards, as well as PayPal payments. When you pay, your data is collected and processed directly by trusted payment service Paypal. We do not store or receive your credit card details.
